Prawn Tartare is a seafood delicacy made from select prawns (Melicertus kerathurus), renowned for the quality of their firm, pink flesh with bright highlights. The flavor is characterized by a delicate seafood flavor, both sweet and savory, ideal for gourmet preparations such as tartare, seafood appetizers, and refined dishes.

INGREDIENTS:

Prawns (crustaceans and sulphites) (TGS – “Melicertus Kerathurus”), Antioxidant: Sodium metabisulfite E-223 , sodium ascorbate E-301, citric acid E-330, sodium citrates E-331, sodium diphosphates E-450, sodium chloride.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

  • Appearance : Compact, pink and shiny flesh.

  • Odor : Typical of saltiness.

  • Flavor : Delicate and unique, with an unmistakable aroma.

HOW TO USE

  • Ready to eat raw thanks to the chilling process at -20°C for at least 24 hours, as required by law.

  • Ideal for tartare, carpaccio, appetizers and gourmet dishes.

CONSERVATION

  • Store at a temperature not exceeding -18°C .

  • Defrost the product in the refrigerator at a temperature no higher than +4°C and consume preferably within 24 hours of defrosting.

  • Do not refreeze the product.

  • Shelf life: 18 months from the date of production (freezing).
