METHODS OF CONSUMPTION

The product can be consumed raw because it has undergone a temperature reduction of no more than -20°C at the core for at least 24 hours, in accordance with current legislation.

TIPS FOR USE

Ideal for preparing fresh tartare, carpaccio, or appetizers. We recommend adding a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.

CONSERVATION

Store at -18°C.

After thawing, store in the refrigerator at +4°C and consume within 24 hours.

Do not refreeze the product.

Shelf life: 12 months from date of production.
